Forgive me for being so stupid, but I need some advice knotted 47H Daiwa reel?
I feel stupid asking this and I know I should. In water reels Daiwa Baitcasting their larger coils is a feather in the reel. What is the tip for? How should I tie the line to the coil, what is the best knot? I want the coil configuration to catch 6 foot sturgeon. What I know is a Arbor knot, but not very strong.
Arbor Knot is well. If you get queued for their fish will not matter much what kind of knot you use to tie on the reel. If you find that using the slip knot, pull it off and tie the other way around. He then locked. Unless your using braided line has a tendency to slip out of the way they ate. When using braid my baitcasters I use a mono or Flourocarbon slip backing to keep happening then tie the braid, then add a flouro leader.
