Was a solitary individual causing mayhem for the collins submarine computerization effort ?
The thought crossed my mind after the publication of the book "Collins Class Submarine Story: Steel, Spies and Spin".
Would it be likely to be a real individual, or a "virtual" individual - a cardboard cutout composite of real individuals ?
If there was an individual causing mayhem, wouldn't staff be resigning or be being pushed out ? So if I can find charts showing changes in position numbers, mightn't that offer me a clue as to if there's an individual causing mayhem ?
Won't each individual coming in to the organization serve as a kind of Wilson cloud chamber, a kind of geiger counter, capturing info about what is happening ?
My interpretation of the book, particularly chapter 4, leads me to believe that it was you who were causing mayhem to the computerization effort.
