Custom Saltwater

Maybe someone here can help me...?
Long story short...The guy who was suppose to build the custom artificial reef for my 150gal saltwater tank is giving me the run around. I live in Hawaii. I was wondering if anyone knew a company/someone that builds reefs. I need to get in contact soon. Does anyone have any ideas? I really don't want to get stuff from a store.
tank has been set up 4mo...Current inhabitants are zebra eel, 2 false percula clown, spotted sweetlips, picasso trigger, blue-throated trigger, koran, emporer angel, flame angel, koran, long-nose butterfly, and my baby the powder blue tang=) probably the only other thing to be added will be a porcupine puffer and a royal gamma
JOHN....I am WELL aquainted with that store. I have gotten all but one of my babies there=) I usually talk to Randy when I go in, if he's there. I guess I'll ask him tomorrwo when I go look for my porcupine puffer. THX
