Drop Fishing

If you were out deep sea fishing and the Air France plane went down near you, what would you do?
Lets say you have a huge fish on the line, a record catch. Do you drop the line and go help the plane or do you finish the thrill of the catch then help?
Me alone?? Well, since I cannot lift an AirBus out of the ocean, I would radio it in.......that's about all one person could do......4 hours out of Rio, it was at max flying altitude, if it encountered a lighting strike that rendered a 190 foot jet inoperable, there's not too much anyone alone could do to attempt to help.........
I've been following this, since my wife and twin sons were killed (read: murdered) in 1983 in the Korean Air Flight 007 disaster.......there were no survivors in that one that the (then) Soviet Union blew out of the sky for "straying into Soviet air space"........What a waste of lives........
